2/ Review Initial Proposal

Once we decide to work together, you'll pay our planning fee, and that's when the magic really starts to happen...

We'll get to work on crafting the perfect itinerary for your trip. You'll be presented with hotel, tour, and activity options that are tailored to your tastes.

Note: Most trips fall into our standard fee of $250. If the trip has more than 6 travelers and/or will be more than 14 days, the fee increases to $350.

3/ Leave It All To Us

Based on your feedback, we'll make any needed adjustments to the itinerary. Upon approval, we'll take care of booking, confirming, and double-checking details. You'll receive a digital itinerary and access to a travel app with navigation, so you'll have everything in the palm of your hand. All you need to do is pack your suitcase!
